This was more than a tasting. It was a full-sensory story. Maya Hospitality was brought in by Insight Hospitality to create a high-impact cocktail and food pairing experience for KK George Hotel (Templeton Gardens).

The goal was to showcase garden-sourced ingredients through crafted distillates and deliver a premium masterclass that was both experiential and commercially intelligent.

In just two weeks, we built the concept, engineered the pairings, developed the visuals, and hosted a guest experience that blended strategy with storytelling.

Maya was commissioned to lead cocktail and concept development for a food pairing showcase. The concept needed to feel fresh, ingredient-driven and seasonally relevant, with a focus on flavour, education and elevated storytelling.

We collaborated with Diistil to build six cocktails, each based on a single distinctive distillate: Vanilla, Jalapeño, Beetroot, Soy Sauce, Black Tea and Yuzu.

The pairings were co-created with Chef Steve Tonkin, blending the flavour direction into each dish to create a continuous narrative.
