Where live jazz meets live service.
A drinks-first, performance-led reset.
QT Covent Garden was already turning heads with its underground jazz energy. Our role was to align the backstage with the front-of-house, bringing clarity to systems, precision to drinks, and purpose to the team.
Across six months, we restructured how QT operated. We mentored the bar and management team, rebuilt the cocktail experience, and designed systems to handle the pressure of live performances without compromising flow.
The vibe stayed cool. The operation got sharper.
From straightforward project management, and scheduling to creative ideas, Maya Hospitality is flexible and innovative, and I have always been grateful for the support and incredible experience Eduardo, and the team have delivered.
Strategically minded, and tech-savvy with unique ideas that engage the audiences and deliver the results that matter for the brand.

We coached the bar leadership and integrated service with the live music schedule. This created stronger shift flow, faster prep, and a confident, guest-focused team.
02. Cocktail strategy that sings
We rebuilt the menu to match the tempo of the room. Every spec was designed for volume, margin and memory. Drinks that perform under pressure and leave a lasting impression.
03. Systems in sync
From POS to prep stations, we restructured the operation for clarity and control. Service got faster. Reports got sharper. Execution became consistent.
We mapped guest rhythm to service strategy. Entry, ordering, pacing and table touchpoints were all designed around the live set ensuring flow, not friction.
The result is a cocktail bar with a clear identity, a high-performance team, and the tools to keep delivering. Every night. Every show.

QT is where music, service and atmosphere meet in one moment. Our job was to make that moment seamless.
Working with the team to bring rhythm into the operation was a genuine pleasure. When a bar moves in sync with its sound, everything elevates.
