The Malt Lounge & Bar partnered with Maya Hospitality to develop a paid digital series exploring the world of whiskey.
Each episode showcased a different global distillery, blending insightful interviews, behind-the-scenes production, and visually-led cocktail content.

Across three brand collaborations:
→ Bushmills
→ Yellowstone Bourbon
→ The Lakes Distillery

Maya led concept creation, creative production, video direction, and paid social rollout.

All filmed at The Malt Lounge & Bar within The Prince Akatoki London this content series raised brand visibility, reinforced whiskey knowledge, and brought storytelling into the spotlight.

Create a paid marketing content series designed to elevate The Malt Lounge & Bar’s whiskey positioning while offering valuable storytelling for each partner brand. The campaign needed to be educational, visual, and commercially viable for future digital advertising use.

Our approach

We led end-to-end concept creation for the Whiskey Series, aligning each brand's narrative with The Malt’s premium setting and hospitality experience.

We developed video scripts, shot the series across one week, styled each cocktail to match the storytelling, and optimised the content for paid digital use.

Each episode followed a consistent structure:

→ Brand introduction
→ The whiskey’s origin and distilling process
→ Key flavour notes and brand philosophy
→ A custom cocktail created and styled for the camera
→ A closing moment inviting the viewer to explore the whiskey for themselves

Over 400 years of whiskey heritage. The world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery, still crafting whiskey in Northern Ireland with methods passed down through generations.

02. Yellowstone Distillery

Founded in 1872 and rooted in the legacy of Stephen Beam. Yellowstone Bourbon blends American tradition with modern precision to produce smooth, approachable spirits.

03. The Lakes Distillery

An English distillery pushing boundaries in single malt production. Known for its bold flavour philosophy and contemporary reinterpretation of whisky tradition.

The Malt specialises in premium Japanese and international whiskies, with a focus on craftsmanship, balance and
guest immersion.

Whiskey carries history, and our job was to bring that history to life. Working with The Malt Lounge & Bar and three world-class distilleries gave us the space to turn knowledge into narrative and craft into cinema.

Together, we built a series where every bottle had a story and every story had a purpose.
